In this role, she offers high net worth clients cash flow and lifestyle planning, trust, gift and estate tax planning, charitable giving strategies, retirement planning, risk management, business succession, asset location and asset preservation strategies.
Cintia joined Ingalls in 2020, bringing over 15 years of experience in financial planning at Capital Formation Group, USAA Wealth Management, and several private banks, including J.P. Morgan, U.S. Trust, and Credit Suisse. Cintia holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses; Life, Annuity and Health Agent insurance licenses; and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
As of August 2026, Cintia is a member of the Ed Slott's Elite IRA Advisor Group℠.
A native of Romania, Cintia holds a BBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. She enjoys art, cuisine, and international adventure travel. Cintia and her family live in Westchester, NY.
