Kandis Hughes

Director of Business Development & Administration

Kandis Hughes is Director of Business Development & Administration for the Bridgehampton team. In her role, she focuses on helping the team modernize operating workflow, tightening execution, and creating structures required for sustained expansion.

Kandis’ previous work spans strategic consulting in enterprise operations, business development, revenue optimization, forecasting, and expansion strategy. Before joining Ingalls, Kandis led her own consulting firm, Corporate Fuel Consulting, and had been a Partner and EVP at Cardone Ventures in Scottsdale, AZ. Kandis has advised Fortune 500 and 5000 companies through expansion, transition, and post-acquisition integration. She built and led departments overseeing ~$2 billion in client revenue portfolios across hundreds of businesses. Boards and executive teams relied on her group to recalibrate enterprise strategy, test succession plans, stabilize operations during disruption, align culture after change, facilitate M&A transactions and install disciplined operating frameworks.

Kandis received her B.A. from Washington State University in Management and Operations. She has been named one of Arizona’s Top 50 Women Leaders for three consecutive years.
