With more than 25 years of financial services experience, Steve brings extensive expertise in securities lending, including trade and operational management, regulatory compliance, fully paid lending, and operational risk management. Prior to joining Ingalls & Snyder in 2023, he held securities lending leadership and operational roles at ICBC Financial Services and E*TRADE.
Throughout his career, Steve has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, improve processes, manage complex initiatives, and navigate operational and regulatory challenges.
